Thai Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup ginger, slivered
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1 Thai chili pepper, sliced
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
- Thai basil for garnish
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil for stir frying
Instructions
- Heat wok. Add oil and coat pan. Sauté garlic.
- Add and sauté chicken for about one minute. Add mushrooms and sauté for about one minute.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are
completely cooked. - Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with basil.
