Thai Ginger Chicken

  1. Heat wok. Add oil and coat pan. Sauté garlic.
  2. Add and sauté chicken for about one minute. Add mushrooms and sauté for about one minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are
    completely cooked.
  4. Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with basil.
