Sticky Rice with Curry Mango

  1. Boil the coconut milk with sugar and remove from heat. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Sieve and combine the coconut milk mixture with the cooked rice and mix well. Cover with plastic film and let the rice rest and absorb the milk for 2 hours.
  3. Add coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a pot. Gently boil until sugar is dissolved. Mix rice flour with bit of water, dissolve and add into coconut milk. Gently cook until it thickens
    slightly, remove from heat.
  4. Slice mangoes, sprinkle with curry powder. Serve with sticky rice,
    accompanied by coconut custard.
