Spicy Tuna Roll

  1. Cook sushi rice per package instructions. Season rice with rice vinegar. Let cool.
  2. Cover seaweed sheets with rice and add your choice of ingredients.
  3. Roll sheet and cut into pieces.

*Note: Alternative ingredients: mango, tobbiko, krabstick, roasted eel, salmon.
