Pad Thai

  1. Place oil in hot wok or pan. Add garlic and scallions. Saute until fragrant. 
  2. Add egg and tofu (or protein of choice) and cook until almost done.
  3. Add in noodles, vinegar, ketchup, fish sauce, sugar, and paprika. 
  4. Add bean sprouts and stir.  Cook until noodles are soft.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts in noodles.  Garnish with lime wedges.
