Lemongrass Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, white parts, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 green onion, slivered
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced
- 3 red chilies, slivered
- Thai basil and cilantro
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- cooked broken jasmine rice
- oil for stir frying
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with lemongrass, 1 tbsp fish sauce, sugar, green onions, and garlic.
Set aside for 1 hour. - Heat oil in wok. Add chilies, onions, and chicken. Cook until almost done. Add fish sauce and stock as needed.
- Toss in basil and cilantro and serve with jasmine rice.
