Lemongrass Chicken

  1. Marinate chicken with lemongrass, 1 tbsp fish sauce, sugar, green onions, and garlic.
    Set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in wok. Add chilies, onions, and chicken. Cook until almost done. Add fish sauce and stock as needed.
  3. Toss in basil and cilantro and serve with jasmine rice.
