Serves: 4 servings
- Marinate chicken with lemongrass, 1 tbsp fish sauce, sugar, green onions, and garlic.
Set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in wok. Add chilies, onions, and chicken. Cook until almost done. Add fish sauce and stock as needed.
- Toss in basil and cilantro and serve with jasmine rice.
