Golden Spring Rolls

  1. Soak mung bean noodles in hot water until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare all ingredients and cut all vegetables to size. Mix and season filling.
  3. Roll filling into wrapper and seal closed with egg.
  4. Fry in 350° oil until golden.
