Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 2 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil, for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onion, for garnisj
Instructions
- Heat a wok or pan to medium heat. Break an egg into the hot oil and swirl it around to
cook. - Add onions. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add cold rice and stir.
- Add carrots, salt, pepper, and soy sauce and stir.
- Serve and garnish with green onion and fresh herbs.
